Children’s and Young People’s Information
Our Service is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and associated Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) rules for collecting personal information of/from minors. Under COPPA, We are an “operator” and as such subject to certain obligations under COPPA with regard to personal information pertaining to children under the age of 13.
